Tommy's 94 drivers window has a bunch of chips like someone tried to break it. Got an extra sitting here and he's gone for the week. Thought I'd swap it out for him. Any tricks and advise would be great.

I have not looked at one for years, but I do remember getting cut-up from all the unfinished sharp edges on the back side of the panel.
I would take a hard look at zip grinding the majority of the inner door face, and move it out of the way to get the work done.
Then tab the door and re-attach the inner door face.

Failing that, good luck, and wear gloves and long sleeve shirts.

Thanks, I ended up getting his windows tinted cheap and the guy swapped it out for $25. I bleed enough at work.
