I just changed the plugs today and checked and double checked to make sure that everything is connected. now the car wont hardly idle. when i rev it up a little it doesn't sound that bad but when it comes back down to idle it almost dies and runs very rough??? Any ideas????

If you removed the intake you might have a leak. A post MAF air leak will lead to a horrible idle and surging. If not you mixed up the order on the plug wires.

Don't feel bad, I managed to pinch a plug wire in half (a brand new set of Motorcraft wires no less  ) between the intake and the head before.
