Changed ballast, headlight always on

Bought another ballast with remote capability and the light works now but just that side will not turn off. Always on, anybody have any ideas here?

The headlight connectors are the same left and right. Swap parts yet? Swap the ballast too.

The factory ballast fixed the issue. Those Ebay ballasts dont work, even the ones that say remote enabled.

They look identical physically, the first one didn't say remote enabled like the factory unit. The 2nd left the light on all the time. Pic below shows original and Ebay unit.
