CEL codes 998 and 113

Car is a 1992

998 - Hard faults present
113 - ACT sensor circuit open

I figure that the 113 is causing the 998. The sho is also over heating at idle which I think is the fan not kicking on. Are these related? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Nevermind. Did a google search and fount out where the ACT is and it just wasn't plugged in. Missed it when I did the trans swap. CEL is no longer present but the overheating at idle still persists.
