cars sputtering

Im having problems with my 92 sho. Just changed the plugs ran great for a day and today it blew the 1o fuse under hood put new in did it agine within 30 feet. Could the sputtering b the mass airflow or somthing else and what would keep blowin the fuse? Any help would be great
