Ive went thru carsponsorships.com I got the sponsorship from them and it did absolutely nothing for me only thing they would sponsor is decals for the car and terrible car audio products. Look into www.sportcompactpro.com its a lot better. Thanks for the good luck, Ill need it.

My fiance says it looks a little silly...being a different colour. That, and the fact that it is the ONLY CF part on the car, and probably one of the last places you need to save weight....

I say put the stocker back on there....although, I never understood why you didn't shave it clean....

I have the CF spoiler too .... i have not had a chance to install it. I like the clean look. I feel a little uneasy with the idea of putting holes in the trunk.
Depends on how it looks with the CF spoiler on it ill see if i leave it or put the stock spoiler back on.

I agree. I think the only way I might keep it on would be if you had a hood that matched it. The way it is, it just looks out of place.

Still a sweet-ass car though. :thumb:

I also agree with sho2nv I think your car would look better either if you put the stock trunk lid on or if you bought a bunch of carbon fiber parts. Considering the trunk is the only carbon fiber part it does seem a little awkward. A nice colored carbon fiber hood would match really nicely, but overall I think your sho is one of the nicest Ive ever seen. I like it more and more everytime I look at it. :thumb:

I would say that your SHO is the nicest Gen II built to be a SHOw car out there without a doubt. I dont think the trunk looks bad on there at all...You do what you like and the rest doesnt matter much....anyway you look at it you should be able to bring some trophies home. Awesome job on the car and keep the pics coming. :thumb:

Showya, your car is looking absolutely incredible. However, I have to agree with the CF trunk looking a little out of place without a hood to match. I agree with you, that I don't think a cowl would look right. Maybe a CF power bulge hood (along the lines of the 91+ hood), or the regular smooth would complete the look. I'm a fan of the spoiler-less look, but hey, I'm an '89 owner! Don't add too much busyness to the hood or trunk with a cowl or spoiler. I also agree with putting some super wide wheels in there (with whatever necessary spacers), enough to make the wheels flush with the fenders. Again, it's a car seriously worth of envy. It's so totally unique.

Thanks!

I might just have to go with a stock CF hood. Toolman had a good "power bulge" design for CF hoods, but with the shortage of CF they are really not affordable to make at the moment.

I do have the CF spoiler for it. But i might decide to put the stock one back on so it can have a nicer offset. If i do that i will sell the CF spoiler i have.

I will be putting on some spacers on the back soon. The 19 inch rims are out of my reach right now.
