Car won't start

I just replaced the fuel pump, but now I cannot get the car to start. Ive checked everything I can think of, battery has power, Im getting a spark and I cleaned my sparkplugs (they looked to be starting to foul). It just won't turn over. Any ideas?

How many miles? Have you had a 60k? Its prolly your crank posistion sensor. Does the car turn over?

this car has 98k miles on it. It tries to turn over, but won't. If the cps is bad, will it not start?

Since you just replaced the FP, have you verified that it is working and that it is delivering fuel to the fuel system?

Ok, fuel pump is working, I verified that. Engine will try to crank, but not fire. I checked for a spark, and it has one. I replaced all the sprak plugs. Checked the battery for proper votlage (even replaced it with one from a running car).

have you checked your fuel pressure at the rails? you can hear the pump whine when you turn the key? i would assume yes since you said you verified it was working but i just want to make sure. also have you checked the inertia switch in the trunk? (im not 100% sure if the gen 1s have them).

I have pressure at the rail, and I checked the switch, which is fine. I think Im going to replace the cps.

If the CPS were defective, you would have NO spark.
