Car wont start video included

Here is some background on the car, it is a 95 mtx sho 128k miles. I stored it in the garage for about 1 1/2 years and put fuel stabilizer in the gastank when i parked it in the garage and would start it a few times per month for about 8 months out of the 1 1/2 years it was in the garage.

I want to take her out now that the summer is coming out and perform a top & front 60K. I changed the oil, and put some fresh gas in the car and a battery I bought from the store.

When I put the battery in I had connected the pos and neg cables properly but didnt realise there was a small piece of rubber on a part of the neg cable that had ripped away in the past and was exposed and corroded. While I was tightning the pos terminal nut the wrench slipped and for a fraction of a second it touched that bare area of the neg cable and there were small sparks that came off the wire.

Is this why my car wont start? All of the lights and everything work fine in the car and I hear the fuel pump priming. Maybe not enough cranking amps now since i just bought the battery from the store and accidentally created that short circuit or I burned a fuse / relay?

Also when I changed the oil I ran it through a screen and there were these gritty pieces, i dont know if they were carbon buildup/ dirt from the engine or tiny pieces of metal but it was dark colored dont know if from the old oil or what.. All of them added up to the size of half a penny on the screen.

I'd start by checking all the fuses, make sure that when you sparked the battery, it didn't blow something.
When you turn the key, do you hear the fuel pump kick in?

Floor it while trying to start. When it starts to kick over, let off the throttle to about 1/4. If you still can't get it, I'd bet on the CCRM.

I tried flooring it, it sometimes comes close but doesnt kick over. Whats the CCRM again? The computer? You think i toasted it?

If I put in half a quart of oil too much when doing the oil change, would this cause it to not start?

Half a quart, no. How many quarts do you think added up to half a quart too much?

I drained all of the oil out and put in 6 quarts

Did you check if it's getting fuel, just because you hear the fuel pump doesn't meant fuel is getting to the rail.

6 quarts is just perfect if you used an empty oil filter.

No, it won't make it not start.

I didnt switch the wires around or anything but I did remove the spak plug wires from 4-5-6 to see if there was any oil where the sparkplugs are screwed in.. they were very clean and I didnt take them out all at the same time. I took out number 4, checked it, put it back and moved on to number 5 and then number 6. Ill double check and see maybe one of the plug wires isnt on right but they all clicked on the spark plug from what I remember. Hrmm I should cahnge the spark plugs and wires anyway though. They are atleast 3 years old.
