Ok...another problem. This one is strange and I can't even begin to figure it out so all you smart ones, here you go. I went out the other afternoon and started my 97 SHO. It would start but only with my foot on the gas bringing up the RPMs. As soon as I took my foot off of the gas it would die, but ALL of the lights would stay on, so not a dead battery or anything. It would keep doing this even after letting it warm up a little bit on higher RPMs. It has kept doing this for the past couple of days and I haven't been able to drive it. I drove it the night before this happened and everything was fine, no struggles at all. Any ideas?? I need some help! Thanks guys.

A common symptom of a stuck IAC valve, same as every other Ford engine. Very common on all Fords.

Ok, I would love to say that I know exactly what the problem is now but I am pretty new to all of this. Could you explain what you mean by a stuck IAC valve, how I can find it/fix it and any other helpful hints for me? Thanks, you guys are awesome!
