car falls flat on its face

hey guys lately my car has been falling flat on its face on occasion when i let the clutch out. here is the thing i get the car rolling then i go to give it more gas and its like it wants to die but no engine codes to speak of.....can you guys help

When was the last time you changed the fuel filter? Still on the original fuel pump? Almost sounds like a fuel delivery problem.

You've already checked the codes and there were none stored? Or is the CEL just not coming on?

no codes stored but i know the fuel pump is on its way out maybe this is the beginning of the end
