Car dies! help!

In the morning if I start the car and jump right in it the car will run fine sometimes but alot of the time it will just sputter for a second and shut off. IF i give i some gas it will stay on and run fairly well. Im thinking that it could possibly be a battery considering that when im driving at normal speeds it doesnt want to shut off only when its at a dead stop or when I first start it. THis is the first time its given me problems so far, and im sure it wont be the last but if you have any ideas or imput please let me know.

Its not the battery.

Could be other stuff like the IAC or possibly the fuel pump, but definitely not the battery. I would run the codes and see what it turns up before you do anything. Follow the link in my signature to get the codes.
