Update:
Got home, car started immediately while still on the ramps.
Let it idle for a while, revved it a few times, had time to do a couple more logs. Then it died.

Peaks are at approx 5k rpm.

This one is at idle and when it died.
Then went and measured voltage while cranking, got nothing. I am convinced the issue is the module and it presents when the internals warm up a bit.
So I am going to get a new one next week, need to call the dealer since I cannot find this PN anywhere, just a few used ones on eBay.

According to this site https://www.taurusclub.com/threads/so-my-fuel-pump-module-died.340266/ the PN is AA8Z-9D370-B but Tascaparts and other sites state that this part doesn't fit the 2010.
