I installed the front strut and spring that I cut and it doesn't want to seat right. Whenever I turn the wheel the spring wants to pop out. When I drive it the steering hangs to the right because of it.

Did you cut the top or the bottom of the spring? Sounds like you cut the bottom. If you did your going to need to find a new one.

I cut the top even with the old end of the spring. I haven't cut the other side yet so would that maybe cause it?

If its cut right and assembled right it should be OK. Should I say. Maybe you should search around see if you can find assembly print if you don't have one all ready and make sure you have it all together right.

Is the stabilizer bar installed? If you have one spring taller that the other, the stabilizer bar will try to lever the vehicle, unloading the short spring. Be sure the bearing plates are not binding, or touching the inside of the strut tower.

The bar is installed and I haven't cut the other side yet. I am going to do the other side tomorrow. When I Installed the bearing plate it was tilted sideways
and slightly in a bind. Will this be corrected after the other side is done? Thanks for the help.

Your suspension would be off with one side higher than the other and the sway bar trying to compensate.
