Take a scissor jack, place it in the wheel well..
Brace one end against the frame, and make the top push against the disc.
Give it a few good turns, but CAREFUL!! you can bend things fast.
Once there is pressure, hit the disc in between the studs. Do this in a few spots.. It should pop off..
This is a rust belt trick I learned in Rhode Island.

Stuff gets rusty fast where I was from (coastal BC), the standard procedure was douse with WD-40 or PB, let it soak for a few minutes, then (surprise!) beat the snot out of it. If it doesn't come off, hit it harder. Repeat until successful.
