Can't find 60K info

Unless I'm loosing my mind (possible) I was reading a post last night which included detailed pics and part prices on performing a 60K maintenance. I used the search function and can't seem to find it. Please HBO.

This seems to be a great site. I've got a 95 SHO that I bought brand new. Iit has 58,000 miles on it and the ft crank seal started leaking. I figured I'd do it all at once.

The only thing it doesnt mention witch I would do is put RTV around the edges of the seals, especially the cam seal. I followed the guide and did not do that the first time and most of my seals started leaking.

The Ford seals are supposedly alot better, especially the cam seals. I personally think the same company makes all of them but who knows!
