I recently was driving my SHO and I lost all of my coolant. Put some more coolant in and within about 8-10 minutes I was bone dry. So i took it to my mechanic and he has told me that, my water pump gaskets are gone and that my inlet sender hose is also gone. So since he has tried to source these out through FORD and all his other sources, nothing has come up. So can anyone point me in the right direction????? PLEASE!!!! As I am driving my friends little 1995 Dodge Neon right now!!!!!

did you try finding the source of the leak by yourself? All rubber hoses deteriorate after awhile (usually about 10 years) and start to leak. Same is true for rubber gaskets and seals. If the hoses are factory originial i would definately recommend replacing all of them, considering that if one is gone, the others will follow shortly. ShoShop has a nice hose kit but its quite expensive. As for myself, I found some of them in various auto parts stores, but ended up just trying to match hoses, and then cutting them to fit for a few of them. Also, the Ford radiators have a tendency to leak where the plastic tanks meet the aluminum. The good news is they are the same radiators used is SLOs and are not hard to find or replace. Good luck fixing that leak.

Identify the source of the leak. There is no shortage of any of the cooling system gaskets once you know what to ask for.

i think you should fill up your coolant again and then preasure test it and you will find out exactly where the leak is. i think thats the best way to find any coolant problem.
