Car is a '94 ATX. I want to run a 4g power wire to the trunk, but can't seem to find any factory holes on the battery (passenger) side of the vehicle. Does anyone know what lies directly behind the firewall above the passenger strut tire? Looks like a lot of bare sheet metal, but I'm worried about what I may destroy by tearing through it. TIA. -Joe

P.S. I am not interested in running the power wire to the driver's side through the clutch cable hole.

Passenger strut TOWER?

I removed the passenger wheel well liner and pulled back the carpet/padding in the passenger foot well. I think there is a seam there and I drilled a hole right above it and inserted a rubber grommet. The cable is in looming and runs from the battery, through the strut tower, and down the firewall to the drilled hole.

mine burrows under the car, zip-stripped to various things and makes it's debut under the back seat.
