Cam Weld

Just called performance plus today and set up a cam weld and they told me they giving a $100 discount on the service untill the end of the year, just thought I would pass this on.

They are in Madison ,WI and the cost is $425 which includes a valve adjustment, He told me on the phone that they have done over 150 cars so far.

to be fair with that statement - perf plus is the weld and the shims , kirk includes extra tlc operations as long as he's in there any way . perf plus extras are just that : extra . so the price ends up in the same ball park . hopefully mine will be getting done in march ( gotta pay the tranny man first headbang )

I know Kirk is a good guy, I was just saying...

Personally I paid $375 for my cam weld, with a warranty. I opted to not do plugs or anything else (besides the oil change), it was pointless to tune-up because the car only had 32k on it when we had it done, and we checked and everything was PERFECT. I also had the rear wiring harness insulated at the same time.
