Cam Pos. Sensor

I found my oil leak on my 93 MTX...the cam seal behind the cam pos sensor rolled and blew oil everwhere. I cleaned the sensor up real good and looks fine. going to reinstall it and see if it works here shortly. I had really rough idle along with the oil leak so im hoping oil + sensor was the problem. I know they arent too expensive on SHOSource so worth swapping out with a new one?? Even if it idles good?

Install it, let it run and then pull codes to see if its good.

If you have hard starts its bad.

i had to head to work, my buddy said she starts up good but still a little rough idle....but no hard starting. got a small exhaust leak at the y-pipe/single pipe junction. its pretty well rusted and the dounut gasket helps a little but not totally. gunna fix it up...wonder if that effects idle at all too.
