Born in Detroit, hospital was later burned down during the race riots. Lived on a sail-only lake (Green Lake) in West Bloomfield until we moved to North Carolina for 1st grade.

Still kinda feel an attraction to Michigan, though it'd be more up in the Alpena area if I ever moved back.
