Hello, I just purchased a 94 White 3.0 SHO. The guy that I got the car from gave me a C&L 73 MM, It dosen't have a sensor on it. Can I take my stock sensor thats on my Stock 55 MM Unit and Put it on the C&L 73 MM. Will it work? Will it make a difference in performance? Thanks alot

P.S Sorry if you guys heard this same question a million times.

It will work but it tends to lean the car out. Its really not a good unit and not worth waisting your time with.

Thanks for the input and looking at your car and all the work you have done to you car, I take it you know what your talking about. I was looking at the shotimes and they say that the sampler tube, Which I'm assuming is the tube in the middle that is attached by two allen screws, won't work with the C&L 73 and you shoud use a Mustang sampler tube. To make it not run lean Could I machine the sho sample tube to match a Mustang sampler tube? And If I put that one in there with the sho sampler tube I won't get no difference in power. I got this thing sitting here killing me that I can't use it.

Scrap aluminum is around $.80/lb right now, so it's probably just as easy to throw it in your recycle bin.

They are junk. This is 2011, MAF-swapping is not a meaningful way to tune a car for more power.

Toss it.

Yep. The C&L 73mm was the first aftermarket MAF for a SHO, and came out in '91-'92. About the same time as the 32 HP Borla system!! :p
