Butterflies Help

took off my intake to clean and now it seems like the butterflies are opened all the time
i used to be able to hear them after 4k rpm and now its just really loud the whole time still has good power but not the same way.....it seems like i cant go past 5k rpms because it revs sooo much
whats up here?
and is the black canister valve reservoir with two nips supposed to make a hissing noise?

You forgot to put the vacuum lines back on for the secondaries, or pulled them off by accident.

There should be a vacuum line for them attached to that black canister.

Where in VA are you?
