94 mtx, if i give the car a short little burst of throttle around 5 grand or so in first or second theres alot of power but the car is bucking really hard. i can feel the front go flying up and then down when i let off, its not really harsh but you get throw around a bit, the coils and struts are realitively new as far as i know, theyve got all the paint on them which but new england standards means their pretty new, but this bucking thing makes it seem otherwise, the car sits where it should and doesnt bounce like the shocks are gone, sooo......

By bucking do you mean the suspension is loose and bounces up and down ?
You cannot judge a strut by bouncing on the fender; there are different valve stages depending upone the load; the primary valve staging for smooth/level driving is something you cannot tell anything about from a bounce test.
How would you know the springs are good if you did not replace them yourself or verify with the former owner ? could be worn springs or whoever replaced the struts used low budget units. What color are the struts and the springs ?

I think a low grade monroe strut is blue but I'm not positive and your spring could be stock or monroe also.

tokicos are light blue and monroe matics are dark blue. Black springs are either stock or eibach. IF the springs are stock it cold be they are worn out. Tokicos are very stiff gas charged struts and a lot of bouncing around could happen with worn springs.
