Just ordered some 18 inch rims with Blizzaks on them. Should be here weds/thurs.
Weak blizzard!!:laugh_ti:
Upstate would've shrugged that one off with a laugh! Pirelli "snow and ice" are the answer to your problem.
i had pirelli sottozero's
NEVER AGAIN worst winter tire ever
pirelli makes great summer compounds but they don't know jack when it comes to cold weather...
i always made it up to the ski hill in the rx-8 but when i had those stupid tires one year i couldn't make it up and had to toss them
2 feet of snow they got is not light by any means.
Way2evil I don't think it would rub, but why not get an extra set of wheels? This way if you accidentally curb them or get a scratch it's no big deal. I like having thicker sidewalls as it helps absorb the bumps a little better but it does make it handle different.
Wheels just left NJ. Should be here tomorrow. Now to find somewhere to put them on as my driveway is full of ice and snow.
Order from TireRack?

W2E..... looks like you swapped out the bulbs in the outside mirror lamps for LED'S....
is that a correct observation? If so, what size are they if I may ask?
No didn't get to it yet cuz I didn't want to go gut'n 'em out not knowing ahead of time what the bulbs were so I can order 'em up ahead of time.
But thanks now that I know, I'll be ordering the same one's I used in my license plate lights..... confirming are they the "festoon" type of bulb yes?
Is 3022 the specific part number only under that company's site?
I ask cuz I'm wondering what millimeter siz it is, I may elect to get brighter ones possibly.
Yeah I bought the coping saw a couple of months back, along with the clear silicone type sealant, but never ordered the bulbs.
With it being winter, I didn't wanna gut 'em open and have the open hole in the mirror for any extended lnegth of time.
