I would like to upgrade the brakes on my 95 in the near future but have heard different opinions about swapping Gen. III components onto Gen. II brake platforms

Can i go rotors all the way around as well?

any cheap, dependable set-ups been done out there

Its a good upgrade to do. You can get the Gen3 SHO compononents. In your case you just need the rotors and brakets. Make sure you get the right ones. Some find that going for the 95 Continetal brakes get them.

The rear brakes on SHO's are just fine, and in most applications don't need to be upgraded. Since you have a '95 you can get the brakets for the '96+SHO's and put on the bigger pads and rotors. That is what I did - I was warping rotors in 500 miles on my stock '95 setup. I have put 35k on the '96+ setup and they still brake great, haven't warped and have a lot of life left in them.
