Hey guys. My brake lights have been goofing up lately. I have narrowed it down to the switch that's attached to my brake pedal. When I push that switch up, my lights come on. I think the switch is working okay, but I think it just came loose from where it is suppose to hang or somthing, because If I just push on the pedal like normal, I get no brake lights. If I hold that switch up and push the pedal, they work great? Any help would be great! Thanks

Check for broken wires (inside the insulation). Pretty common.

Otherwise, the switch is bad. Also pretty common.

Check the switch adjustment.

Get a new switch and throw it in there. If it fixes the problem ur done. If it doesnt return the switch and look harder.
