I noticed today when I stopped to get gas that I felt a LOT of heat coming from the right-rear wheel. None of the other wheels were hot. When I got home I jacked it up and, sure enough, the wheel was really hard to turn. Loosened the bleeder screw and it got easy to spin again. Tightened the bleed screw back up and repressurized the system. It wasn't still sticking. Am I correct in guessing that it's probably the brake hose going bad?

You are correct.
Try opening up the metal bracket that holds the flex hose in place, that is where the restriction is. It rusts on the inside surface (that you cannot see) and chokes it off. Maybe use a hacksaw blade and lots of patience to get a chunk of the bracket out, and your wheel will spin free again.

Rubber brake hose collapsing is very common on these cars. Could very well be your problem. Could be the Bias Valve too. The lever on the valve gets rusty and causes problems. Could just need done grease on the pins. I've run into all three of these situations with my SHOs.

I'll have to get that loose to replace the hose anyways, right? So I can check that then.

Collapsed hose was my first thought as well. At least the hose is fairly cheap (finding one is a bit more difficult unfortunately). What would the bias valve be listed as in the auto parts? I don't think it's sticky caliper pins since it freed up once I released the pressure in the line.

Am I going to need to borrow the tool to retract the rear calipers when I do this?

Which thing are you going to fix. Should be able to get the line pretty easily. You won't find the bias valve for sale anywhere - more than likely it is not your problem. You should only need the tool for the caliper pistons if you change pads and rotors.

The rubber hose. I figure that's the most likely cause.
