Bought a 90 SHO

That's what I like about it. Dark red in the garage, sparkle red out in the sunlight

Got it wet sanded up to 3000 grit. Need to buff it back. Door jambs are nearly done. Gas door just needs buffed a bit but it shows how the whole car will look. Pictures can't see the sparkle well.

For a rust free, dent free car. With the cost of custom paint different then ford's color but very close, 4 layers of clear. High quality high build primer. Blocking it all down to better then it left from Ford. All the sanding, and labor. 2 days alone of wet sanding the clear. Fixing up the plastic parts to perfect. It's fully paid just waiting on it be finished up.

Body work alone is near 8k.

I still need to get the interior redone after the show, repair the headliner. Rewrap the steering wheel. Repair the seats.
Then I need to get a full exhaust built for it from the sho source catless down pipes.

It will be a nice show car, it's so nice I'm to scared to drive it.

yaycandy....do you by any chance still have the factory door VIN decal that you could snap a pic of for me? I replicate the factory decals and I need to create a format file for the 90.....mine got removed and lost when my SHO was painted and I'd like to recreate it but im not sure what the format looks like compared to other years .

Car is sitting in my garage till the rest of the parts are buffed and ready to install.
I probably wont post up another pic of the car till its all together. The car turned out like a mirror and im spending extra time needed for the plastic parts to turn out the same.

Its like a dark red mirror
