I have a 3.2 block and a 3.0 set of heads. Can I use a 3.2 head gasket and bolt the 3.0 heads on?? What other parts will I need?

Yes, put 3.0L heads on the 3.2L block and use 3.2L headgaskets. You will need to use all of the 3.0L accessory parts, t-belt, t-belt tensioner, t-belt covers, waterpump, alt, and all the 3.0L's belt pullies.

The 3.2 is going in an ATX car. Does that mean I use all the ATX Accessorys?

You may have a problem with mounting the accessories on the front head.
