Blower Question- Any ideas?

Well,

After weeks of 30 degree temps and cold feet(literally) walking into work I decided to give the job of replacing my heater core to a shop.

I proceed to try to change the fan speed and... nothing. I told the manager and he stated that it was working before.

So My question, if they were testing the heat on the car by keeping the blower on high for who knows how long, what could be the issue? BCM(Blower Control Module) ...Blower itself or could there be a connection he forgot to connect? I already checked the fuses. Anyone have an idea? (Other than telling me I should have done it myself :bonk:

Well you should have done it.... oh wait. Actually, I'm having the same problem right now. You could pop your glovebox all the way open and check the connections yourself. When you turn the fan control to hi and back down again, can you hear a clicking sound behind the glovebox?

Blower control module , if its shot , you will have only the HIGH blower working , all other speeds wouldnt work.

The high speed is direct 12v and its not passing my the BCM

Turns out they stated there was a connection loose in the back of the EATC. Took them twice to get back there before they can finally get it right. Thanks for the replys guys.
