Blending e85 and e10

Looking to see if anyone other than @SHOnUup4 is using a blend of e85 and e10 in their sho? Torrie told me to make sure frp stays safe because of the temp outside and adding the corn gas.

Agreed! And as noted above cooler denser air requires more fuel...E85 blends can tax the fuel system as it is so keep an eye on fuel pressure and I would log to make sure your car is happy.

Should be able to get WAY more gains above 20%, but that's provided the system can proved the flow needed. E70 and up is where it's at!

That's the issue...not enough flow available to take advantage of the higher blends safely.

Someone needs to step up and build a bigger capacity DI pump. That's where the issue is period. Don't say bigger injectors, cause you still need a bigger pump to feed them.

I run some E with 100% 91 and there is definitely a noticeable difference even on the stock tune compared to 100% 91 or E10 91. I need to get off my buns and get Torrie some datalogs to take even more advantage of E!

I switched mine back to E30 last night but wasn't seeing consistent datalogs.

I'm going to send them over to Torrie today and see what he thinks.

Yeah, I think I'm going to have him just set it at e20 and go with that.

The temps are going to be in the low 40s Friday night so it will be happy with the cool air
