I know 7500 is my normal. Got it changed as soon as I got back from a trip. 10k would be like going the full 25k as on bottle. Or using the new Mobil, 1 time per year, not in my lifetime, lolI would never go 10k on a change interval as they are recommending.
Ha. That's laughable.

Using the amsoil filterWould not go 10k with those results on viscosity, flashpoint etc. The metals are likely due to the engine still breaking in, but what filter are u using? Wonder if it was already full up.
I have heard he copper is from the turbos but really don't know. I recently did Blackstone for the first time and copper was within range but higher than other metals. Blackstone report said it was common in the 3.5ebIs there really any copper bearing material in these engines? I know the modulars used aluminum/silicon or something.
Maybe a change after next change as I have 1 more change sitting in trunk and see what that report says. Copper is in there somewhere if they are saying it's normal. Maybe 2 changes from now will try Mobil or RPurpleI have heard he copper is from the turbos but really don't know.
