probably a dumb question, im not getting any power to the thin black wire to my starter solenoid, (thats with the key in the start position with the clutch interlock bypassed...still no juice at that place....

so to the question is it possible to just hook 18gauge wire to the power distribution box, run that wire from the box inside my car hook it up to a push button switch and that wire from there back out into the engine and up to the solenoid, will this work?

the motomaster?........yes i did an oil change right afterwards got a plastic bag and tucked it over my starter so when i removed the oil filter the oil would not touch the starter

whats wrong with fram?

IMO the only thing they do is keep oil from leaking out there. At one time they were good filters now they are made so cheap that well there just crap. Try some searches.

Pretty much anything will do thats not attached to fram. Compare the part # and the overall appearance. Many manufactures use fram filters. There is only one other one at crappy tire its a purealtor and it says so on the box, it might be a valvoline or something, other than that car quest and NAPA IIRC sell wix filters that do a good job as well. You can always go dealer too.
