Well when I put my car away for winter, the 60k is gonna get done. Now I was wondering where is the best place to get these parts for the 60k. I have seen CincySho and SHoshop has them in the kits. But basically I am gonna change, CPS, Waterpump, Add UDP's, Valve cover gaskets, and intake gaskets. I think Cincy SHO has the best prices for most of these. Am I right or are there better places ?

There is no single source for the best price on all of the parts. The two listed above will get you good deals on the tools and shims (SHO NUT) and the plugs and plug wires (FPN).

For the timing and accessory belts, the lowest prices are from RockAuto.com or local auto parts stores. For the water pump, rebuilts from local sources usually have lifetime warranties (O'Reilly, AutoZone). The front main seal and CPS are also cheapest from local sources (O"Reilly, AutoZone). For the valve cover seal set: AutoZone.

Shop around. It sounds like you have the time. Some of the local houses even have price matching guarantees and warraties that you can't get from the mail order houses.
