bench bleeding, something else i cant get right

Damn it.

Got a reman MC and attempted to bench bleed it. However no fluid with come out of the rear port. I get fluid out of the front every pump but nothing out the back. I capped the front and pumped but still nothing.

I'm guessing this is defective MC and have start the return process but man everything with this car has turned into a PIA

Isn't the rear port where the brake booster goes into? If so, fluid shouldn't be coming out the back. If you're referring to the rear set of four ports that hook up to the brake lines, then yeah, I'd be looking at a defect exchange.

Yea I'm talking about the two ports were the hard lines thread into. Just can't believe my luck cuz nothing is going like it should.

The will replace it but I won't get it back til end of week.

from the sounds of things pressure from the primary cylinder isn't being transferred to the secondary cylinder to move fluid... probably a bad o ring
