bearing question

did and oil change and after that when i started the car it took a good 5 to 10 sec before the light oil turn off and it with 10W30

and now it did this a couple off time when on idle the oil lighht did flicker a bit and when i climb a bit more then 900 rpm it goes away and i have a bout 300 000 km on the engine

so my guess is i need rod bearing lol

with that km on the engine rod bearings would be a safe bet. if your oil light is flickering I would advise you to do it sooner than later. It only takes a few hours as long as you don't snap your manifold studs. and make sure you clean your oil pan sealing surface as well as your engine block to pan sealing surface REALLY REALLY well before the RTV goes on or it will leak oil, and nobody wants that.
