I was looking for some 3.0 heads for my 95 ended up finding the pair of complete heads. My question was being that they are complete do they come with the camshafts? The bright individuals at autozone dont know. If anyone is interested the pair run $2200 without a core.

autozone charges 4700 for a rebuilt engine,so would it just be cheaper to buy a 3.2 from autozone and just buy different cams for it,thats why i was buying the heads. To swap on a new block

Are you also paying someone to put the motor in, or are you doing it yourself? Not for nothing, but you can rebuild awhole 3.2 on your own for far less then that. If you've got the cash, and rather that route then thats just fine. Keep in mind that you can possibly rebuild a 3.2 with some bolt ons in that price range. Good luck!

Yeah iv spend about 3k on my 3.3L build up:thumb:

Edit: that included oversized valves , a 3 angle valve job and bronze valve guides. Im sure you can get all that done for 1000 -1500 tops paying 2200 for those heads is ridiculous.

im on limited resources no one has parts for these cars down here,no junkyards with these parts,so its really hard to find things down south.I tried at least 4 machine shops in and around my area and none of them will do a sho engine,so im pretty much stuck with buying a block and the heads.i would just get the work done on my engine but with the pos machine shops and coming to terms that its my daily driver, i dont have the cash right now so i was going to buy piece by piece.

But if someone here had a 3.2 low mileage engine for sale that would be great, and i could just buy stuff for that engine without having to fix it first

You could just buy a running ATX car and have all the part you need. You can then sell what's left and recoup most of you money.

you're talking $ 4700 without your core, if you return them your old engine youll be knocking aound $ 1 grand, off.. so there you are $ 3700 plus if you know some body that work there can take out another 20% off so as i said up to $ 3000 taxes included.. right ?? :naughty: :thumb:

good luck though
