ok guys finally found some sho engines in the junkyard, they want 700 for a 3.2 and 500 for a 3.0 which one should i go for?

I'd take the 3.2 but what is wrong with the heads on your current motor?

ok guys thanks for all the info and help with my car,but ive decided to sell it,got an offer i couldnt turn down. I purchased the car for a thousand bucks then added about 700 bucks worth of parts,and got an offer this morning on it as is for 5300.So again guys thanks for all your help,im going to sell it and look for a lower mileage v8 sho,thanks again

yea guys in told you there hard to come by around here,hes coming by next week and i got another offer for 5k,so either way its gone.I was thinking about the newer ones but there are no places around here that do the cam welding so i think im going to stay clear of those maybe get the same body style just with a lot less mileage.
