Almost every single reviews of the SHO say it's not a sports sedan, but more a very quiet, refine, and fairly peppy luxury sedan. So it's not just Autoblog.

I guess almost 4,400lb will do that...

Although I don't agree that the first SHO was really a "Sports Sedan", I do think the addition of a manual transmission could quickly change the current SHO into that category.

They just need to make a beefier version with more horses and aim for Audi.

:confused:You do know that the new SHO already makes more power and is faster than the Audi A6 with the 4.2L V8, right? If you tried to make an Audi RS fighter out of a SHO, the price would be over $50k and who's gonna give up the Audi nameplate for the blue oval at that price?

Might as well stop trying to talk sense to those without. Won't work. 100 is a low number.

It's an exceptional executive express, and it'd surely be a monumental partner on a transcontinental journey. It's even a great sleeper in the grand tradition. But it isn't a sport sedan. And to us, at least... that means it isn't really a SHO.

that pretty much says it all..

If I had a family, this car would be at the top of the list. It's a very nice car with some sporty undertones. I hope they put the Ecoboost 4 *** into the Fusion, with AWD, and don't care the trans. I'd be in line for that one.

Im most impressed wth the superb build quality, chassis and interior of the 2010; the non-SHO Taurus will be one great car for a family at a very attractive price. From all the review articles, biggest disappointments are SHO brakes, trans shifting programming, and tranverse mounting for the eco motor, which limits power upgrades. True performance oriented AWD systems won't work with a tranverse motor either.

Tell that to Subaru and Mitsubishi.

I stand corrected on the Suby. Boxer motor is n/s. But here is a Mitsu motor:

Who you ask. I would if they did it right. Alot more people would too if it was actually done properly.

Sad part is Ford could do it but they just won't. In fact the Australian cars will **** the likes of BMW, Audi, etc but I guess we will never enjoy them here.
