Hi guys: Would any one know what the mfr and part number of the audio 14 pin connector that is used on the Gen 1 JBL system for the 4 primary channels that goes out of the amp to the speakers. I believe there are 11 wires on female sockets in this connector. Eight wires go to speakers and 3 wires go to the other woofer amp. That leaves 3 open positions in the connector with no pins installed. There isn't a mfr reference or part number stamped on this connector. I have pictures of this connctor in case there are any questions. I want to mate this connector to its mating connector with male pins in it. and then run it into the amp I am going to use in the 91 Plus.

Any help would be appreciated. Jim

Paul:
This link was pretty helpful. I found the part numbe rof the exsisting audio amp connector, which is WPT296. I didn't see a mate listed for it. Now I'll call my Ford parts buddy and see if he can ID it. If it doesn't exsist in a raw connector form, which it may not, I guess I might go to a bone yard and see if I can fine a Taurus with a JBL system and rip apart the amp to get the mate out of that, but it fear that I'll be a PCB right angle connector and won't be as great a connection. Maybe I'll just have to get some Molex connectors and make my own wiring harness up!
But thanks for the help, as usual, you know all the stuff!
