Atx trans line upgrade?

I have been doing some research and can someone point me to the best transmission hose upgrade.....I read how one member took out the stock lines and ran 3/8 trans cooler rubber line and it helped fluid flow and trans temp..another said hard line upgrade (whatever that means)...I already upgraded to the 94/95 ecu.....I'm preparing for a trip I'm taking in 2 weeks...thx a ton

I took out all of the stock metal cooling lines and replaced them with a larger ID hose so they flow more fluid. I also just routed it directly through the cooler in the front and bypassed the radiator.

My SHO has been like that for approx 80k. So, it seems to be treating the trans ok.
