When I am accelerating when the tranny shifts from say 1st - 2nd it seems like it shifts into the next gear kind of sluggishly. Is this just the way the tranny is designed, or should I try changing the tranny filter and fluid?

Aaron could you try to be a little more specific with the problem. Also how many miles are on this car?
