Atx mtx?

I just bought my first sho a couple days ago, keep reading about MTX or ATX.... I'm surprised there isn't a sticky about this actually but how do I tell which one I have?

ATX = Automatic Transaxle Automatic transmission
MTX = Manual Transaxle Manual Transmission
