Are side mirrors cheap?

I had an accident that has left me with my passenger side mirror hanging down. What are my replacement options? Will any Taurus side mirror do, or are these SHO specific.

I prefer the cheapest option, so I assume Ebay or the scrapyard are my best options. Anyone have some insight on the subject?

Any taurus of the same generation will fit fine. You can also put gen iv taurus mirrors one, but the paint on them is different.

What color? We may have one at NorthEastSHO

A little off topic but, will Gen. III or IV mirrors fit on a Gen II? If so has anyone done it or seen it.

If you want to regain the heated mirror option, just yank a pair of mirrors from a '96 SLO.

You can get them for cheap, I got mine for bucks at the junkyard but its tan and it needs to be painted black. But the paint for my car was free too. Now if I would only get around to taking the damn engine out and getting it fixed or something.

Just went up and checked and currently we only have two pass mirrors, one ebony satin and one medium graphite.

Thanks for looking anyhow RCADDEL. I found one locally, but they want $60! That sound kinda high to everyone? I think I'll find something else or check Ebay.
