Are my heads screwed up?

I have 3.0L heads that came from my bad bearing motor, long story short i took the cams out and found copper shavings in my cam caps and on the heads and everything looks a little scratched up. Is that ok if they are scratched a little and is they anyway i can have them fixed? There are no burrs they just look scratched up but im sure there are small burrs i cant feel. So what can i do about this, I was supposed to use these for my 3.2L swap because my 3.2L heads I don't know the history of. Plus i did a nice porting job on my 3.0L and i don't wanna do it again it took forever.

depends when you say scratched are there just fine marks
or are the indentions into the metal?
maybe you could post some high res pictures??

if you run your finger nail across them and it hangs... there gone. Same thing with your thread on the crank....

but either way, i wouldnt put them back in...

im sure if there just swirl type marks you'll be fine....
but a set of 3.0L cams wont cost you much at all,there always on ebay for next to nothing.
BTW flip your shims over if there scratched

I think he cams are ok but the heads and caps are gone, I don't feel anything but you can see that they are scratched. They should look polished and these are scratched up there were literally small piles of copper shavings sitting where the cam rides on the head when i lifted the cams. I think I may use my 3.0L cams in my 3.2L heads and just rebuild the 3.2L heads and cut off that piece that needs to get cut off the one head. Speaking of that where is that piece the needs to get cut off anyone have a pic of it?
