Looking for someone in or near Minnesota (Iowa, Wisconsin, ND, SD, that will install my supercharger kit. I was thinking I would, but I think I'd rather let someone do it that has the experience. It's a Vortech kit from FPS. I bought it thinking it was an S trim, but the model tag says it's a V1??? Is this a V trim Vortech? These are actually better aren't they? Either way, I don't really care, just looking for someone to put it in my car

Performance Plus does pretty good work... If you dont mind shelling out a bit of money, I forget how much $$/hour they charge but Im sure you would recieve top quality service and they would probably give you a deal on any maintenance issues you have been putting off(if you have any?)

Otherwise I don't know who would install it otherwise?

A good place in Minnesota would either be w/ mike courtney or perhaps try HiTech. Hi Tech is a little on the expensive side, but they get it done right the first time.

I'll gladly intall it for you..

on my car.
I would probably say Performance Plus in Madison, also. Otherwise I'm sure if you found a performance shop that had installed a vortech on something before, they could easily do it.

They end up being about $6500.

$4500 for the blower kit which includes a V-2 SQ compressor, bracketry, shaft drive system with belts, fuel system upgrades, inlet and discharge plumbing and a racing bypass valve. The extra $2000 gets you 42lb injectors and fuel rails, MSD ignition, the right SCT MAF and SCT Tuning.

Installation is $1000.

Yea yea I know, I'd love to bring 'er down to you, but Georgia's quite a cruise from northern MN. I might just tackle it myself, we'll see. But if I do happen to be heading anywhere in that direction, you'll be hearing from me
