Another idle problem

Ok first off, I changed the valve cover gaskets and the spark plug seals. Put everything back together started right up other than it idles really rough, the rpms are right around 800-1000 but it, shakes the entire car at idle, as soon as I give it some gas it runs just like it should. I replaced the spark plugs when I replaced the gaskets. I have all ready tried to reset the idle but it still runs rough. Any help???

your Idle air control soleniod could be gummed up, try cleaning that. My SHO was doing the same thing and I used some carb cleaner and it seemed to help out.

Check for a vacuum leak also. That can do the same thing.
