amp wiring question

Is there a factory hole in the firewall that is good to run the power wire through...or should I drill one?

Not really , I drilled mine on the passenger side right under the HVAC where the AC lines comes out.

I must be real close to 10k$ with everything. and thats only in parts , no labor.

in case you don't alrady know - and you probably do - don't forget to put a rubber grommet in the hole that you drill to protect the wire you put through it from rubbing against bare sheet metal.
