My 95 atx is on the rocks. At startup its missing very bad. After temp gauge comes up off cold it evens out and seems to run better but still a loss of power.

Start be checking the EEC error codes. See the links in my signature for the simple process on how to do that. During warmup, the engine control system is in open loop mode and is a bit on the rich side. Anything that could make the mixture richer or allow a spark misfire is suspect. I would check the plug wells for oil, the plugs for proper type and gap and the plug wires for integrity (not too old) or wrong parts.
