So driving to work today, my battery light came on and my radio died, but my car was still running. I thought, ****, there goes my alternator. I keep the engine going but every time I use my bake or any electrical stuff, more dash lights came on.
Finally, she ended up dying when some old hag cut me off and I had to press in the clutch and brake.

Check it out, looks fine, belt is good, but the pig wire is almost hanging off from corrosion. Try to clean it up a bit, snaps off. Clean a little more and copper wire it to the bolt. Bolt is kinda loose and can't be tightened? Like stripped out inside the alternator. Anyways, wire it to the thing and jump it. Idles fine, but I give it gas and that connection starts sparking like a demon and starts losing power?

I have an alternator on order and plan on replacing the end of the wire. Think that'll fix it, or is more than that going wrong?

Sounds like that should fix it. That stud that goes into the alternator can be tightened (As long as the threads are there), then replace the end of the wire and reinstall.

And also sell me your car. Looks like non-moonroof?
